TRAINEE PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

If so, Pertemps Crawley are working alongside a leading Manufacturing company based in Coulsdon, looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Trainee Production Operative to join their team.
As a Trainee Production Operative, you’ll be at the forefront of operations, learning the ins and outs of production processes and getting stuck in to daily tasks. Prior experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential as you will be provided with comprehensive training and support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Learning how to operate programs and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with the assembly and production of our products.
- Participating in quality control checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Collaborating with the team to optimize production methods and processes
- Contributing ideas for improvements and innovation.
