The Role:

Leading a small team but dedicated team, you will be delivering some of the nations favourite pub classics in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering brand standards across a set menu
  • Training and developing your team
  • Reviewing and meeting budgets in terms of GP and labour costs
  • Monitoring all practices to ensure exceptional health and safety at all times
  • Inspiring and motivating junior members of the team
