Job Description
Position Summary:
Pertemps Dudley are excited to be working with a successful manufacturer in Kingswinford, our client currently require a Rolling Mill Operator ahead of a very exciting year for them. As a Rolling Mill Operator, you will be ensuring the efficient and safe operation of rolling on the mill.
Responsibilities:
- Operate rolling mill machinery to produce metal products according to specifications
- Monitor and control the rolling process to achieve desired product dimensions and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of rolling mill equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Rolling Mill Operator or machine operating in a steel environment
- Familiarity with rolling mill equipment and processes is advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is advantageous
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
If you have a wealth of machine operating experience in a steel environment, training can be provided for this position.
