Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives? Pertemps is currently recruiting dedicated individuals like you to join our team in Edinburgh City Centre on a temporary basis.
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shifts: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Location: Edinburgh City Centre, office based
Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Pay: £12.81 per hour
Start Date: April
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be an essential part of our established team, providing vital support to those in need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking incoming calls
- Handling enquiries of a highly sensitive nature
- Providing factual information
- Making detailed file notes
- Processing crisis grant applications
- ” Referring customers to other services as required
Extensive Training Provided:
We understand the importance of being well-prepared to excel in your role. That’s why our client offers an extensive training period to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to provide the highest level of care and service.
IT Literacy and Computer Skills:
In addition to your caring nature, your confidence in using computer systems and IT tools will be a valuable asset in this role. Your proficiency in navigating software and databases will help you excel in delivering top-notch service.
If successful, you will be required to obtain a Basic Disclosure check at a £25 cost to yourself.
