Pertemps Slough are looking for an experienced Car Salesperson to join our clients busy team based in Windsor!
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Salesperson at our Windsor location. The Car Salesperson’s tasks include building customer relationships, achieving customer satisfaction, conducting automotive sales, ensuring customer retention, and effective communication with clients
Working Hours – Full- time , Permanent Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00 ⏰
Pay – Basic £30,000/35,000k – OTE £55,000 💸
Start date – Immediate following a successful on-site interview.

Responsibilities
– Selling new and used vehicles
– Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all customers are presented with the client’s financing and leasing options.
– Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
– Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Interpersonal Skills
– Automotive Sales experience
– Excellent Communication skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Valid UK driver’s license (Preferably clean)
– Previous experience in the automotive industry is a must
– Ability to work weekends and holidays
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
