Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Start Date: ASAP – 3 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Location: Edinburgh EH2
Salary: £25,000 per year
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Possibly some days 11:00 am to 7:00 pm)
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Advisor!
Duties:
- Provide customer-facing support to new and existing customers via phone, email, and Livechat.
- Handle frontline telephone support for both sales and service-related queries.
- Manage and process customer queries efficiently through email and Livechat.
- Accurately process key administrative activities related to new customer orders and service visits.
- Schedule customer service visits and installations, coordinating with the field team.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments to resolve queries and issues.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer-facing role.
- Proficient in processing admin and customer data, computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer focus, committed to achieving customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Ability to multitask and manage various activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable using data to identify and address issues and opportunities.
