Your mission:
- Producing consistent delicious dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
- Ensuring Food safety and health and safety policies are adhered to and completing all corresponding due diligence.
- Careful management, ordering, and counting of stock.
- Supervising, training, and managing the kitchen team, always encouraging development and growth.
