Postal Worker/Van Driver
We are looking for Postal Workers/Delivery Drivers to work 30 hours per week (5 days out of 6) – Monday to Saturday, delivering mail on foot & parcels in vans to residential properties.
As a Postal Worker/Van Driver, your duties will include:
- Delivering mail on foot to residential properties
- Collecting items from the main distribution centre and load to van
- Sorting post within the sorting office
- All units to be collected and delivered within scheduled times
- Be responsible for the vehicle and collected mail/content security
- Van is provided by the client.
Pay Rates:- £13.37ph
Based in – Uttoxeter
Working hours – 30 hours per week (working 5 out of 6 days – Monday to Saturday)
Monday – 07:45am – 1:41pm
Tuesday – 07:45am – 1:41pm
Wednesday – 07:45am – 2:20pm
Thursday – 07:45am – 2:20pm
Friday – 07:45am – 2:20pm
Saturday – 07:15am – 1:30pm
Postal Worker/Van Driver will need the following:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- No more than 6 points (Minor Speeding)
- Ability to use PDA technology
- Able to walk distance with ease
