Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Aberdeen (AB10 area)
Hourly Rate: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our client’s team in Aberdeen. As the first point of contact for their company, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle phone calls and email inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, directing visitors and callers to the appropriate person or department.
Issue security passes and ensure visitors sign in and out accordingly.
Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring they are directed to the correct recipient.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanour with a welcoming and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
